Cancel and refund

Our pre-purchase menu policy

You may cancel your menu item order up to 48 hour prior to your scheduled departure time. If you miss your flight due to a change or modification WestJet makes to your flight or if we do not accurately deliver your menu items, you are entitled to a full refund. Additionally, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your menu items, you are entitled to a refund.

If you voluntarily change flights within 48 of your scheduled departure time, your menu items will not be transferred with you, and your order will be cancelled without refund. However, if your flight is rerouted, you are entitled to a full refund.

Change or cancel an order

If you change your flight itinerary or just want to change your order, return to the Cancel and refund page up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. You must cancel your existing order and then place a new order for the different product choice or changed flight schedule as your existing order will not automatically be modified or redirected to your new flight.

Enter your order reference number in the box below and click the Cancel and refund button. If your order is cancelled 48 hours prior to the original scheduled departure time, it will be fully refunded to the payment card used to make the purchase.
